On August 1 and 4, 2025, 15 new trainees were welcomed aboard at J. MÜLLER. Fifteen new trainees in seven different commercial and technical-industrial professions—this brings the total number of trainees to 48 in Brake and Bremen.

To ensure that our new port heroes are not thrown in at the deep end, training induction days are held on the first two days of employment each year. All trainees were officially welcomed on August 1, 2025, by the management, works council, and youth and trainee representatives. True to the motto “Safety First,” our newcomers then received safety training. The atmosphere was lightened on both days by a variety of team games and group tasks. This allowed the new port heroes to get to know each other. Organizational matters relating to the training program, such as scheduling in the various areas, attending vocational school, and keeping training records, were also covered during the training days. The highlight for the new trainees was the final joint tour of the port.

On Tuesday, August 5, 2025, it was time to cast off and set sail! All trainees got to know their departments and new colleagues and embarked on an exciting training period.
