J. MÜLLER welcomes new trainees

Brake/Bremen, August 1, 2024 - J. MÜLLER is pleased to welcome twelve new trainees in various technical and commercial professions at the Brake and Bremen sites.

The start of training began with two informative and eventful days at the Brake site. The new trainees were given a comprehensive insight into port logistics and were personally welcomed by the management and the trainers. After a safety briefing and an overview of the company and the training areas, the second day was all about team spirit: various team games offered the opportunity to make initial contacts. The highlight was an impressive harbor tour in the seaport of Brake, which gave the new trainees an insight into their future working environment. Translated with DeepL.com (free version)

These experienced trainees provide the newcomers with advice and support and make it easier for them to start their careers.

"Our Buddy Campaign shows how important a warm and supportive corporate culture is to us and creates the best conditions for a successful start to a career," explains Kaja Hanke from HR Development at J. MÜLLER.
