The seaport of Emden and c-Port on the coastal canal in Saterland/Sedelsberg have explored opportunities for cooperation. c-Port Managing Director Jan Sprock visited Emden to talk to representatives of the Emden port industry. As an inland port, c-port is conveniently located directly on the coastal canal in the northern part of the Cloppenburg district and has port-adjacent areas for production and logistics. The two ports, which are around 70 kilometers apart, are connected via the Bundesstraße 72 and are well connected via the Ems and the coastal canal. A return visit from Emden is planned for next spring.
