Launched with a swing - Thun Equality lands in the harbor basin without any problems

Leer, 23 February 2020

Another chemical tanker was launched this week at the Ferus-Smit shipyard in the port of Leer. The 115 meter long and 16 meter wide liquefied natural gas (LNG) powered ship was commissioned by the Swedish Thun Group. The handover is planned for May after several remaining work and test drives. At the shipyard, work has already begun on the next ship, an identical tanker that is also intended for the Thun Group.
