Oldenburg, 30.01.2024 - The responsibilities at the Marketinggesellschaft der niedersächsischen Seehäfen will change at the beginning of the year. The previous Managing Director Andre Heim is leaving the company on 31.03.24 at his own request to take on a new role.  

The new interim Managing Director will be Andreas Bullwinkel, who successfully managed Seaports of Niedersachsen GmbH from its foundation in 2004 until his move to JadeWeserPort in 2013. The 66-year-old trained shipping agent retired in the fall of last year. "We are delighted to have gained an experienced personality in Andreas Bullwinkel at short notice to continue to manage the company's business consistently," said Supervisory Board Chairman Michael de Reese.

This will ensure a smooth handover until the departure of André Heim, who joined Seaports in 2013 as a marketing employee and was appointed Managing Director in summer 2020. "We would like to thank Mr. Heim for his successful work for Lower Saxony's port industry and wish him all the best for the future," continued Michael de Reese.

A personnel consultancy will be commissioned for the permanent replacement of the Managing Director position, for which sufficient time and due diligence will be available due to the interim solution that has been found.
